Café Nimrod is a national chain of restaurants with a pastoral Galilean atmosphere that brings the essence of Rosh Pina to the heart of Tel Aviv. Founded by Ehud Segev and David Eyal in memory of Nimrod Segev, who fell during the Second Lebanon War, the restaurant is steeped in Galilean culinary tradition, featuring comforting homemade dishes with a focus on breakfasts and desserts. The restaurant's concept reflects two of Nimrod's greatest loves – Rosh Pina, his hometown, and the Tel Aviv Port, where he spent time with his family. The chain has multiple kosher-certified branches across the country, including in Be'er Sheva and Kiryat Motzkin, and offers a variety of Galilean-style breakfasts and brunches, as well as dishes such as fresh fish ceviche and quiches. Café Nimrod also participates in the "Taste of the Galilee" project, promoting Galilean culture and leisure, and features products from Shiri Habkin's spice farm in Rosh Pina. Galilee residents enjoy a standing 10% discount at the Agamon Market branch.
