Masa Israel Journey is an organization offering a range of long-term opportunities in Israel for young Jewish adults aged 16 to 30. Programs vary in length from four to ten months and are aimed at personal and professional development.

Participants in Masa programs can live and work in Israel, experiencing the country like a local while making friends from around the world and developing a lasting relationship with Israel. Masa provides financial assistance, grants, and scholarships to eligible participants, making the experience accessible to a broad range of applicants.

Masa Israel Journey is a joint project of the Government of Israel, the Jewish Agency for Israel, and its partners, including the Jewish Federations of North America and Keren Hayesod – UIA. The organization also collaborates with various partners, employers, and educators to develop and promote its programs. Additionally, Masa is involved in leadership development, professional training, and community building initiatives to enhance the future of the global Jewish community and its connection to Israel. Masa relies on donations to continue its work in sending young Jewish adults to Israel for these formative experiences.
