The "מלגת מנהיגי שוליך" (Seymour Schulich Leaders Scholarship) is a prestigious and high-value scholarship program in Israel, offering 55 scholarships annually for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) fields of study. Each scholarship amounts to up to 160,000 NIS, with 40,000 NIS per academic year for four-year degrees in Engineering or 120,000 NIS for three-year degrees in other disciplines.

The scholarship is awarded to students beginning their first year of academic study in the 2023/24 academic year at partner institutions including the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv University, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and Bar-Ilan University. At the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, the "מנהיגי שוליך" (Schulich Leaders) program is the official entrepreneurship initiative, targeting students who have completed their first year at the Technion and wish to engage in a focused entrepreneurship program over two to three years, depending on their degree. Participants in this program receive a tuition waiver and an annual grant of 25,000 NIS.

The scholarship program is designed to cover most expenses, allowing recipients to focus on their studies and research, with the ultimate goal of contributing significant advancements to society in Israel and globally. It is managed in collaboration with the Jewish Federation of Greater Toronto and operates concurrently in Canada and Israel.

Seymour Schulich, the founder of the scholarship, is a Canadian philanthropist whose contributions to higher education and medicine in Canada and Israel exceed $350 million. His significant donations include the Schulich School of Business at York University, the Schulich Heart Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital, and the Schulich Faculty of Chemistry at the Technion, among others. The Seymour Schulich Leaders Scholarship represents his largest contribution to date in terms of scope and international impact.
